I've been here 3 times and waited between 1-2 hours each time. I'd say it's worth a one-time or two-time experience because each time was a little different from the other. I've gotten the chicken sandwich all 3 times which is delicious, tender, and flavorful but I think the line is a bit too long for me to go again. My friends handled the medium spice level pretty well, but I usually stick with mild.
There are other small foodie shops around the Plaza that are definitely worth exploring. There is boba spot by the escalators, that has the absolute best boba Chinatown. This place has a real cool vibe to it.
Visiting this restaurant was an absolutely magical experience. A true fine dining experience with beautiful and delicious food, knowledgeable staff, and phenomenal wine pairings. They make you feel so welcome and offer a beautiful view of the city. The food and service is literally second to none. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
