This guy is an ex con and monitored by the state with an ankle bracelet. He's addicted to pain meds and doesn't pay his employees. Instead he pockets the money to buy more meds. He claims he's licensed but holds no contractors or plumbing license. The state won't give him one. He sees a therapist every week for his (lack of judgment)
He owes countless sub contractors money and being sued by at least a half a dozen former employees.
