AFFORDABLE RESTORATION SERVICES - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

We used Affordable to do extensive work in our home due to water leaks in various places in our home, which included the kitchen, bedrooms, and family room. Their work entailed removing walls, flooring, and cabinets, and sealing and replacing the walls, etc. After living through a terrible mess for many months they finished in Feb, 2014. Now, seven months later, the kitchen has mold again because there is a leak in the same place where they supposedly did the repairs and the same problems are occurring. I have called at least a dozen times over the last two months. The owner, Matt, left two messages. One saying he never got my previous messages and another, a few weeks ago, saying he was in New York attending a funeral. I left messages twice after that. He has never called back. CAUTION - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They took our money, did an inferior job, warranted the job, and refuse to come back and fix their inferior repairs.
